Good afternoon everyone, it’s Sarah here today!! As you know were scraplifting the amazing Jen Schow this week! I chose this layout of hers.

I started by choosing my photos. These are my boys a few years ago fishing with there papa. They had a blast and have loved it ever since! I wanted a lighter background then Jen had chosen, so I went through and found this cloud paper and then dipped into my Pretty Little Studio stash and grabbed Lets Go. I loved that the colors went well together and that there were nice pops of yellow.

I pulled out the paper with the diagonal strip and used it as my base for my pictures and journaling cards. I matted my pictures and journaling cards on American Crafts white cardstock. I did this 1st and made sure I had my pics and cards where I wanted them, then matted them onto the diagonal patterned paper.

I added my journaling to the bottom right jounaling card after playing with my type writer. I know Jen had had journaling on bother her cards, but I just added mine to one. Along with a label sticker and a little punched out circle that said, you are awesome. I also added a flair button up in the center like she did too.

I moved up the right side of the pictures and added a tab, along with a few little labels.

Moving to the top of my layout to add a title like Jen had. I pulled out the last of my feltie clouds. I loved that they went perfect with the cloud paper. I know Jen used them too, But I really just love them! I pulled a white tag with a light blue grid and added it to the top, added a label and a word sticker into the center of that that says, this moment. I added my clouds across the top and started playing with my Ferris Wheel sequins. The sides and shades of blue in these sequins are just fantastic!! One of my favorite right now!! After playing with my pretties for a while, I finished off my layout by adding my title, Lip Rippin’. lol
This month has been a blast for me! I really enjoyed scraplifting all these amazing ladies!! All were so intimidating but oh so fun! I hope you enjoyed my scraplift of Jen!
