Shipping Updates – June 2021
There are still heavy delays for all international shipping orders, which is completely outside of our control. Please be patient and follow these guidelines, which are straight from the USPS website. Every order shipped by SMS has a tracking number attached to it, which is sent to your email upon your order shipping. This gives you, the customer, direct access to your order’s location. Please utilize your tracking number and contact your local post office if your package is significantly late.

For our international friends, a reduced rate is automatically applied to your order based on the package weight. For example, the standard shipping rates for first-class packages to United Kingdom, New Zealand, and Canada range from $15.00 to about $19.00. Keep in mind that First Class packages shipped via USPS are for up to 1 pound or 16 ounces only. You’re only charged a flat $10.00 rate!!
If your package is over the maximum specified, please email Jody at Spiegelmom@gmail.com to get a new rate added.
