Fun by Evi

Hello scrapbook ladies!  I just love doing mixed media on my layouts.  The background of this layout was started during a scrap session with my Katty Miranda.  I used a stencil the typical way and then I grabbed a extra white card stock and stamped the excess ink onto this paper.  The effect is very watercolor-y.  And I used Shimmerz mists so there is shimmer there too.

I used a Dylusion stencil with heavy gloss gel and sprinkled a mint green loose glitter on top of it while it was wet.

I used more Shimmerz mists and paints onto the chip board pieces from Creative Embellishments.  These flourishes are very detailed and picks up the shimmer well.  I then picked a few die cut pieces from varies collection that sit on a bowl on my desk.  I am scrapping picture of my nephews with my parents so it was a good time to use some of these pieces I normally do not get to use.

My last detail is always sequins, the colors in Green Acres worked perfectly with the mint green glitter I used.  I randomly put a few around my layout.  If you would like to make a purchase, remember to use Evi15 for a discount.
