Losing layout by Lea

Lea here…Last post this month which is almost finished and I wanted to celebrate the sea.
As I have always enjoyed creating the composition with a series of levels with different patterned paper and other embellishments such as white doily, soft white feathers felties, little cork hearts, a kind of banner made with a wire and related sequins in an irregular manner to create a soft frame around the picture, I finally used the shimmerz paints very diluted and splashed around the composition.
