Happy Holidays by Evi

Hello scrapbooking friends!  I am your designer for two layouts in a row.  I played around with some mixed media products for todays layout as well.  Yesterday’s layout I used the remains of the cut file and today I am using all the lovely snowflakes from the lovely cut file.

I heat embossed some of the snowflakes with white and opal embossing powders while the rest I left plain bright white. The patterned paper is from the Deck the Halls collection from American Crafts.

I applied gesso in a diagonal and applied mint and light blue mists from my stash with the packaging technique.  The colors blended well together.  The silver large snowflakes are from the Dollar Tree window decals.

I adhered all the embellishments in a diagonal along with  my photo.  For added detail I added sequins from Holly Jolly pack.  The white tag was added to hold my journalling.
