Panda Layout with Katty Miranda
Hello my friends. Katty here to share another 12×12 Scrapbooking Layout. For todays layout I am scrapbooking a photo of my older niece and her new puppy, a French Bulldog named Panda. She is so excited to have Panda. He is like her baby. We tried over and over to get a picture of Panda by himself but he would not stay still long enough to snap a non blurry photo. She finally had to carry him and I’m glad she did. The picture came out very cute.
I began with a 12×12 white American Crafts cardstock. I used a stencil by Dylusions called Staggered Brickwork. I used a few colors in the Dylusions Spray Mist. I kept in the Blues, Greens and Yellows. I then used my Lovely Shimmerz Dazzlerz in Lemon Drop, Sour Apple and Sea U in the Mornin’ with the same stencil on the top right and bottom left of the misted area. I also added some misted areas on the edges of my layout.
I added some of the Believe in You Sequins mix over the Dazzlers and let that dry. I then added some ripped blue and green strip washi tape to the edges of my page. I layered a black Diagonal Stripe bag and two patterened papers from the Keisercraft Finders Keepers paper pad behind my photo and popped it up on foam mounting tape. I colored three of the Mini wood clothespins with my dylusions mist and added some coored thread through them and created sort of a banner over the photo. I also added a flair badge, some colored arrow paper clips and some black and white ephemera pieces from my stash.
I used some Heidi Swapp blue foam glitter thickers for my tittle. I also added two Cork Stars and some ink splatters to finish it off.
Here is my completed layout. 🙂
Thanks so much for stopping by. There is a process video on my channel if youd like to watch: https://youtu.be/LWs7BDnmjAI
