Ways to Use Wood Veneers on your Cards

Yes, you can use those super cute wood veneers on your handmade holiday cards! They actually go through the mail just fine, from my recent experience.

Here are a couple easy ways to use them! First, color them!

I used the Studio Calico Asterisks and a red Sharpie to color them. Easy peasy!

I also made my own with a sheet of wood veneer I bought at Michael’s Craft Store last year. I removed the paper backing and cut it on my Cricut using the highest settings for pressure and deapth. Not too shabby hey! I also used my favorite May Arts Burlap String to finish it off. I have the same wonderful May Arts Burlap String in Red available now too!
