Destinations Travel Journals
I know, I just posted last night….. BUT I just finished these 4 1/2″ x 6 1/2″ Travel Journals for my French nieces and nephew! Yes, they are from France. I feel so fancy having family who lives there, LOL! My husband’s Sister, Brenda, and her family live there and are here visiting for most of the summer!!! I made each of the kids, Zoe, Emma & Quentin, a journal for their visit. I included pages to insert pictures, smaller journaling cards and plenty of blank pages to fill with whatever they want.
I used the Simple Stories Destinations Papers and elements, Tim Holtz Distress Inks, misc ribbons and trims, Autumn Leaves and American Crafts Stamps. I recycled the chipboard backs to legal paper pads and that’s what I used as the chipboard base for the front & back covers. I recently purchased the Cinch (Hobby Lobby) and love it! I bound all the papes together using the Cinch to make the books. It’s very easy to use!!
I’ve also made some mini books for our youngest girls. I bound together some different colors of mat stack cardstocks (they come pre-cut 4 1/2 x 6 1/2″) for Sari and Hannah so they can color or draw while we’re running errands, or if we’re in the van for awhile. They’ve come in very handy!!!
Thanks for stopping by again. I hope you do something creative today!!! See ya soon!

p.s. Hi Cheryl! Thanks for joining. I have some cute girly ribbon for your Granddaughter’s album.
