I used the brand new, gorgeous Rouge collection from 49 & Market to create the base of these index cards. I used a die to make them then I layered up ephemera. I also used some rub on transfers on the base to add some artistic feel. On the pink card I also used a stamp from the Blossom ticket essentials in the corner. After I build my cards I then poured the sequins over to add the sparkle!
