Shake It Monday with Sarah

Hello out there, SMS fans!  It’s time for another “Shake It Monday!”  I am so excited to bring you another fun Youtube video showing you how you can use all of the different sequin mixes in the shop!  For todays’ video I made a planner dashboard:

I have a 2nd Edition Marion Smith Heart Of Gold planner and I love it.  I like to make a different dashboard every month.  For this month, I decided to use the beautiful Lilac Twinkle sequin mix, and chose coordinating embellies to go with it!

The first thing I made was the shaker pocket element.  I started with a 6×8 Snap page protector and cut it down to A5 size and added the correct amount of holes.  I filled it with the gorgeous Lilac Twinkle sequin mix and sealed it shut with my Fuse.  I then added a few Thickers from the Cedar Lane collection.

I gathered a bunch of goodies from the SMS shop like washi, doilies, felt feathers, felt clouds, and a Minc bow and got started!

Here are all of the fun paper clips I made to coordinate with the Lilac Twinkle mix!  You can use hot glue or glue dots to make them yourself!

I added a few pieces of 4×6 card stock and patterned paper and started decorating.  I like to add extra embellies so I can decorate away from home.

I finished with a few last paper clips, a doily and some enamel dots and called it done!  I hope you have enjoyed seeing all of the different ways you can use the amazing sequin mixes from the shop!  You can check out the Youtube video here:
