Never caught up LOL! Attempting with Project Life
Happy Saturday friends!! I’ve been trying like heck the last couple months to get a bunch of photos & memories documented using Project Life. As much as I love doing my 12×12 layouts, sometimes (ok most times) I take too many photos to scrap in a 12×12″ format. I just laughed at “too many” after I typed it because I really don’t think you can take too many photos!! Am I right?!
The best way for me to showcase the 10 or 15 photos I took of one short event is to use Project Life. The pocket pages come in a wide variety of pocket sizes and arrangements. So far there hasn’t been a style or pocket arrangement I haven’t found useful depending on the event I’m documenting. Here’s my latest PL spread using some Project Life cards, Cocoa Vanilla & Chic Tags ephemera, plus some Jillibean Soup corrugated cardboard clouds. The title was created with Thickers and a Freckled Fawn “Fun” clip.
As you can see this spread is very simple and the photos of our girls take center stage. I also included my handwriting, which I’m not always crazy about. I also asked our daughter Hannah to write something. She didn’t really want to write anything but at least she wrote down a little something for me 😘
Products I used here are from
Cocoa Vanilla Studio & Chic Tags ephemera
American Crafts Thickers
Project Life 4×6″ cards
Freckled Fawn clips
Jillibean Soup corrugated cardboard shapes
Thanks so much for stopping by today!! Here’s a sneak peak at Tuesday’s Talent, Ka Slagowski’s project coming up tomorrow!
