Lovely// Spotlight Sparkler Evi

Hello Spiegelmom Scraps friends! I am scrapping a adorable photo of my Valentina in the tub. She enjoys her bath time. I was recently inspired by the lovely Paige Evans for this layout. She took her 2 inch square patterned papers and cut each into two triangles to create a chevron design on the layout. I used Dragons Tale, Magical Unicorns and Tropical Teals for the sequins details on this layout.

I arranged all the multi colored triangles for the upper chevron row, the pinks with the corals next and then the purples with the mints for the third.

I then decided to use a light purple card stock for the background color instead of white or I also auditioned mint green. Purple I enjoyed more.

When it came time to start embellishing a stayed monochromatic. Mint embellishments over the mint paper, coral details on the coral paper, etc. I love the look of embellishing in this manner.

I did the same when it came to adding my sequins for the layout as well. Magical Unicorns was placed on top of the purple papers, Dragons Tale on the multi colored papers, and Tropical Teals on the coral and mint papers.
