JUST LOVELY

Hello hello everyone!  The layout I am bringing you today is of my two grandchildren at the train museum, which they totally enjoyed.  Spending time with these two is a lot of fun, don’t get me wrong there is some discipline involved, well not much.  They are pretty good with their Nana and I truly adore being with them and they visit I just hate to say goodbye.

With that said today is my last post with the Spiegelmom Design Team.  I had so much fun with Jody and the gals on the team and I so want to do it again in the near future.  All of the products that are in the shop are amazing and if you have not ordered yet, I don’t know what your waiting for… you are missing out on the best sequin mixes, texture paste, cork die cuts, felt die cuts, and many other goodies.  I enjoyed using all of them on my layouts and with this layout, I used a lot of the goodies from the shop on it as well.  So let’s get started!

I used some the Dazzlerz, in “Coral Me Crazy” texture paste to make the small textured circles. The sequins I used are called Passion Flower, which I spread across the top of my layout and I also used a doily from the shop. Love this!

Here is a close up of the texture paste in Coral Me Crazy and the stencil I used is from Hero Arts.

The sequins are just fabulous!  Love this mixture of the Passion Flower mixture. The paper circles are punched out of some paper from my stash.

The wood veneer is from a Studio Calico kit from a while ago.

Here is a close up of the sequins again.  The tissue circles are from an older Felicity Jane kit.

I thought I would do some hidden journaling, which I used a glassine bag as one of the layers so I can slide the journal card right under the photo by a tap that I stapled onto a 3×4 journal card.  This is something you can do with your layout if you have a lot of embellishments covering it.
