**And now for my layout! I used a few different papers from Elle’s Studio and my favorite new sequin mix, Christmas Wishes! I also used a large glassine bags behind my layers of patterned papers and photos to soften it up a bit. I really love the look of a glassine bag on layouts. To give it just a little more interest along the bottom of that bag, I put some Christmas Wishes sequins inside and sealed up the top of the large glassine bag with some two sided tape. I also used these same glassine bags for packing card sets as gift, kids class treats for school and wrapping little teachers gifts and treats.
I also used the edge stripes of paper right in my layout to help ground that floating stack of layers of papers and my photos. Then I added the evergreen trees from the Christmas Wishes sequin mix to the layout using DODZ (glue dots). Easy peasy!!
I also added pieces of a gold foil doily and did some quick heat embossing on the medium white shipping tags for some extra sparkle!
One last little thing was cutting apart all the little word banners that were on one of the edge stripes on the Elle’s Studio paper. I popped them up with my favorite foam adhesive squares for a little added dimension.
Next up, you’re heading to the lovely Charity’s blog by clicking HERE! Be sure to comment on all the blogs participating in this hop to qualify for THIS prize!!! A second commenter will also win a $10 gift credit to SpiegelMom Scraps Etsy shop too! Sharing is caring my crafty friends! If I catch you sharing, I may just have another prize to hand out!!
