Autumn Vibes | Sparkler Nicole

Welcome back sparkle lovers! Sparkler Nicole and today I have this fun fall layout to share with you today! I’m using the Twisted Leaves sequin mix to create this fun looking pumpkin. I started with the idea that I wanted to create lines of sequins and since I was going to scrap this fun pic of my daughter, I knew that a pumpkin would be perfect!

I chose the paper first knowing that a pumpkin next to the printed florals would be great. I knew that I would cover the florals but they would be a great base since you can still see some of the elements popping out. I hand drew the pumpkin based on one of the papers in the new October Hip Kit Club kit. I added glue to the lines and placed my sequins on top of the glue in the line with tweezers. I then went back over with little dots of glue to add more sequins here and there. I used the orange, yellow, and brown sequins on the bottom part of the pumpkin and the green and brown (and a spot of yellow) on the stem.

Next I created a cluster of elements to the left of the photo. I used the pumpkin die available from Hip Kit Club to make the cute little orange pumpkin. I then fussy cut some leaves from the same paper and added ephemera and stickers.

I needed my title to go some where so I decided to make another cluster of elements coming from the stem of the sequin pumpkin. I used stickers, ephemera, and fussy cut leaves again to make this cluster. I added some white splatters to the cluster areas and finished the page with journaling.
