The Honor Society challenge today was to share a little something about ourselves. Well, you already know my name, my girls and my love of scrappin’, but what many of you don’t know is I love to eat my French fries with mustard!! Yup that’s me, a mustard kinda girl! My kids call me weird, I call it quirky 🙂
This first Honor Society Blog Share is such a special event for Clique Kits & we’re honored by every single one of you who has joined us today! You may have arrived here from Gia’s blog, but you can hop in any order. Here’s our line up!

Here’s my first layout. I was really able to stretch my supplies by using the exclusive printables and die cuts included with my Debutante Kit! I used a piece of white American Crafts cardstock as my base and built my layout beginning with the edges stripes from my 12×12″ Amy Tangerine papers. Then, I decided my background needed some ink, so I splattered some Mr. Huey’s Plumb Thumb and Heirloom inks randomly onto my cardstock.
Up close & personal now… The wood veneers are from Freckled Fawn and I just adore them! The cloud & ‘noted’ heart next to the wood veneer sun are actually from our exclusive printables! I just printed them and used my cloud and heart punches to create my little accents. Easy and economical too! The fabulous thing about printables and die cuts is they’re reusable and so versatile!
And my next layout is little bit different. I used more Amy Tangerine patterned papers, exclusive Clique Kits die cuts, sequins, a glassine bag, white paper doilies, Freckled Fawn stickers and a wood flair badge embellishment. The journaling card “the best days goes like that …” is such a great piece in this kit. Think about that journaling promp and all the possibilities it has! I used my vintage typewriter to add the next line “Meet a princess at Disney & have some lunch!!” Talk about a perfect fit for any scrapbook page you can throw at this kit!

I like your focus on the pic in each layout. The embellishments are great and there is a “softness” in the colors. Fabulous!
