Hey, everyone! Kat popping in today to share a Project Life spread with you. So…I am way, way, waaaaaay behind on my PL album this year and I need to catch up quickly. Luckily, by picking out just a few core supplies, I am able to create a spread in a short amount of time and still have it embellished and pretty-looking. Most importantly, I am getting these memories on the page before I forget them entirely J
For this spread I decided to stick with a PL mini core kit (I used Amy Tangerine’s Plus One kit), my favorite hearts & arrows wood veneers, an assortment of sequins and some label stickers.
Here is my spread:
My favorite detail from the spread is the confetti pocket. Confetti pockets are such a quick and easy way to add interest to a PL spread. I mixed the gold rush sequins with the gold stardust confetti (they are sold out and being restocked soon, but you can find the silver assortment here) and I used my fuse tool to close up the pocket.
I also love the Dear Lizzy wood veneers and knew that the “Best Ever” one would be perfect to layer on top of a scenery photo from the week – just another easy way to add some quick interest.
The rest of the spread is fairly simple with a smattering of wood veneers, sequins and enamel shapes. This page came together in about 30 minutes and most importantly, it’s done and added to my 2015 album!
