Meet Me in the Sunshine with Evi

Hello Scrappy peeps!! I totally borrowed that from Adele from Inkie Quill.  Welcome back to the Spiegelmom Scraps blog and I have another bold colorful layout for you.  Its not an Evi “layout” if its not colorful.  I am scrapping a fun photo once again of my sister and I dressed like twinsies at the zoo on her trip to Florida.  Yes, we went to the zoo by our selves and took a lot of photos and the fact that we were dressed in the same outfit made us look like twins but we are three years apart.

I started out with all my pink, red and orange mists in my collection.  I then added modeling paste through a confetti stencil to add some texture and interest to the background.

I used my Cameo to cut out the whimsical cut file and left it bright white to contrast with the bold pink, red orangey goodness I achieved with my mists.  I worked with these colors because of our tie dye shirts we were wearing.

In order to incorporate the blue color I used this gorgeous sequins pack available in the shop called Let’s Be Mermaids.  It has these two blue tones, yellow and pink sequins in the mix.  The blue ones contrast with the pink background.
