Hi Folks, Laura here with some Christmas cards.

First up this deer is from a dingbats font.  I scaled it up in Silhouette Studio and cut it on my Cameo.

I threaded some Holly Berries sequins onto some cotton and tangled them around the antlers.  I secured the threads on the back and attached the reindeer to the card with some adhesive foam.

The second reindeer silhouette is from a photograph.  If you play with the contrast settings in some photo software (or alternatively ‘posterise’ the image and set to two colours) you can get a silhouette outline and trace this in your silhouette software.

I set him against a shaker background full of Alma Mater sequins.

This third reindeer is another dingbat.  I played around deleting some lines and adding others so I could give him a red shaker pocket for a nose!  The nose is so stuffed full of Christmas Wishes sequins that it doesn’t actually shake!

Thanks for looking,

Laura
