Pocket Life Week 25 with Sarah

Hello, SMS fans!  It’s Sarah on the blog today with more fun Pocket Life to share!  Today I have Week 25 to show you!  Here it is:

This week came together so quickly and easily using Better Together, Fancy Free, Happy Place and Everyday collections.  And, of course, a ton of pretties from the SMS shop.

I stared with my title card, as always.  I added a few strips of paper and a strip of Large Glassine Bag to a piece of American Crafts White Textured Cardstock.  I embellished with acetate, Thickers, Sunny Smiles Sequins and some of the brand new Star Cork Confetti.  I made a fun shaker pocket with the same Sunny Smiles Sequins by filling a 3×4 Becky Higgins Fuse brand flip pocket and sewing it shut.

I used a 3×4 picture on a 4×6 piece of patterned paper from Happy Place.  I layered on the ephemera and embellished with a large gold paper clip, resin stars, Sunny Smiles Sequins and more of the Cork Star Confetti.

I typed my journalling on my typewriter and placed in on the pictures this week!  I enjoyed mixing up how I normally do my journalling,

I added Thickers directly on a photo of popcorn and added more Sunny Smiles Sequins and Cork Star Confetti.  I also made my own filler card using a 3×4 piece of American Crafts White Textured Cardstock and sewing an acetate embellishment on it.  I added an enamel dot, a sequin and a gem!

I really love using the gorgeous sequins from the shop in place of expensive enamel dots!  Here you can see that I placed them on this 4×6 card just as I would enamel dots!

I made another 4×6 card with a 3×4 picture on it.  I love how this leaves lots of room for embellishments.  Here I added some ephemera, journalling and more of the gorgeous sequins and Confetti Stars!
