Pocket Letter for Lynn

Happy March everyone!  It’s Sarah on the blog today bringing you something new to me, a Pocket Letter!  I had never done one before and was excited to try one!  I received one from a very nice lady that I did a paper swap with.  It was a total surprise as I was only expecting paper in my package!  She had made two very special Pocket Letters for my girls!  To show my gratitude, I wanted to make one for her in return!

Pocket Letter

Oh boy, did I have fun making this!  I started with Citrus Twist kit leftovers and added a ton of goodies from the SMS shop!

I grabbed a Pocket Letter page protector from the shop and started.  The first pocket has a Citrus Twist stamp set and a couple shipping tags with Twinery twine in them.

Pocket two as a bunch of the Wood Mini Clothes pins and is embellished with a Forever Love Cork Heart.  I also cut up a small alpha sheet and tucked it in the back.

Pocket three has a few Citrus Twist puffy stickers and I embellished with some washi tape and a tiny word sticker.  I also tucked in a few Medium Shipping Tags with twine from the Twinery in them.

Pocket four has a pack of Kaisercraft Rhinestones, a few Birds Of A Feather Felties and some Hearts On Fire Sequin Mix.

Pocket five is my title card.  I used half a White Paper Doily, splattered on some Heidi Swapp Color Shine in Blush, added a Forever Love Cork Heart and embellished with a tiny word sticker and some enamel dots and shapes.

Pocket six has an assortment of paper clips that I embellished a Cork Heart and a glitter bow from Heidi Swapp.

Pocket seven has a piece of doily printed acetate that I wrapped a few different kinds of washi tape around.  I also slipped an Amy Tangerine Wood Frame in the pocket too!

The eighth pocket has a few tiny word stickers from Pink Paislee, an acrylic piece from my stash and a few Moonshine Delight Sequins.

The last pocket has a few Cloudy Days Felties, Flutter Cork Butterflies and three clips from Maggie Holmes.

I folded the Pocket Letter up and slipped it into a Large Glassine Bag, wrapped it in a large doily from my stash and tied a few pieces of ribbon around it.  I added a couple of embellishments and felt flowers and mailed it off!

I really hope Lynn likes it!  My girls sure did appreciate the Pocket Letters from her!  My oldest daughter even brought it for Show&Tell the very next day at school.  I also hope that I have inspired you to create a Pocket Letter for one of your crafty friends!
