Fall Traditions with Ali

Hey y’all! Ali here. Today I am scrapping a fall tradition, what tradition do you have for this fantastic season? One of my family’s favorite activities is going to a local farm for face painting, picking pumpkins, and pony rides! This layout is all about the pony rides (though you can see the effect of face painting as well!).

I used lots of fall colors, and papers from Simple Stories and Echo Park! I wanted to create a quilt like effect with some of my favorite pages from EP Fall is in the Air (6 x 6 pad), so I cut them into 2 inch squares, cut the squares in half, and created the diamond patterns on the layout. I also stitched around the triangles for a unique look!

The Rollin’ Rustic sequin mix is full of neutral colors, and absolutely perfect for fall documenting. I love the combination of the brown, gray, and creamy transparent sequins! So delicious!

What are your favorite sequin mixes for fall…Rollin’ Rustic will be in the shop on November 1st and I bet you they will sell out fast!
