8.5 X 11″ layout; Documenting our wedding.

Hi there! Today I’m moving outside of my 12×12 layout comfort zone & bringing you my first 8 1/2 by 11″ layout! Eeeek!! This was a bit nerve racking for me because I love all that SPACE on a 12×12 page.

Next month Brad & I celebrate 10 years of marriage!! I’m very excited & in disbelief that we’ve been married 10 years already. Crazy. Time truly does fly when you’re having fun!

Up until now I’ve only scrapbooked a few layouts about our wedding. Like most of us, I’ve come to be OK with never being caught up. This will always be a work in progress for me, for us as a family. I think I like that. After all, what’s the fun in always being caught up and on top of everything?? It’s not, so here’s my first layout that will go in our wedding scrapbook … 10 years later!  This photo is of St. Mary’s Church,  where we said our vows ❤️ This layout actually came together pretty quickly, in under 30 minutes!! Gotta love that. I started with a sheet of white letter size cardstock, cut a couple papers from Webster’s Pages in my stash and started layering. Pink & Aqua weren’t our wedding colors but it’s one of my favorite color combos! I added some Pink Fresh Studio enamel frames, Maggie Holmes gold glitter Thickers, Freckled Fawn enamel dots, Heidi Swapp puffy stickers & ephemera & washi tape from my stash. Here are a couple close ups!  I love the extra interested the ink splatter & enamel dots added!

Thanks so much for spending your time with me today! I’m very excited to have started this new scrapbook album & share my process with you.
I’d love to hear about the size pages you create on! Do you scrapbook 12×12 or 8 1/2 by 11″?? Or some other size?

~ Do something creative today!
