Die Cutting Vellum & Gold
Happy Monday all! Today I’m super excited to be sharing my first layout from our Clique Kits July Kit, A Midnight Summer’s Dream!! This kit might be one of my favorites so far and features the fabulous Allison Kreft for Echo Park. The line is the fabulous Capture Life! This is an extra special post because I’m also linking up with new the Sketchabilities challenge this month. I saw their new sketch on Facebook this month and went ga-ga! I absolutely love it! If you haven’t heard or, or checked out Sketchabilities yet please do. Their sketch designers are awesome. Here is their fab new sketch and my layout with lots of layers and die cuts!
And now some close-ups of all those little details you know I love to add to my layouts! You’ll see some vellum and gold viewfinders die cuts which were created from a sweet viewfinder die from Echo Park (Clique Kits July Add-on’s Store), the fabulous Lawn Fawn Wish You Were Here clear stamps (arrows) and lots of extra texture with stamping and inks!
To use the viewfinder die from Echo Park, you’ll need a Sizzix Big Shot, Vagabond or other similar. These are bigger ticket items but you can usually find them in a bundle with coordinating products for a good deal on sites such as Amazon. (I’m in no way affiliated with Amazon, nor is this a paid endorsement). Otherwise, I’d suggest going in on one with a regular scrapping buddy and sharing it! Here’s what it looks like.
