Here is today’s sketch and my card. Sorry, I’m not able to make this sketch image any larger for some reason. I’ll try again later.
This was a very simple sketch to create with, so there’s definitely room for putting your own twist on it. Try turning the sketch on it’s side or other variations!
I added some dimension to my card by popping up the rectangles across the front with some foam adhesive. I also love using the May Arts burlap string on my cards and layouts. This red is fabulous for this holiday season! See the splattered ink across my card? This is easily done by removing your spray nozzle and flicking it over your card. Just let the ink fall where is may and go for it!
Memory Works Products used for my card:
Fancy Pants Merry Little Christmas 6x6pad, Simple Stories December Documented Chipboard Shapes and Studio Calico Mr. Huey’s Pinstripe spray ink.
May Arts Red Burlap String, Available in 20 yard lengths or a 400 yard roll.
Thank you for stopping by today! Don’t forget to hop over the Memory Works Blog to see the card created by another Design Team Member!
See ya soon with another card!
