Make It Yours Monday

Hi everybody, Lisa here with another Make It Yours Monday and I LOVE the layout I have to share with you today!!  I was inspired by the BEAUTIFUL layout I saw on Facebook over the weekend by the talented Beata Valint  (http://myshinystudio.blogspot.hu/2016/08/designer-spotlight-at-scrapbook-expo.html)

I used my brothers scan n cut to cut out the file she shares on her blog. Then, I got to weeding it out!!

After that was completed, I used some Shimmers Coloringz in Keep Palm and i watered it down to get a really light watercolor as well as some Pretty In Pink coloringz. I used a few other shimmers colors (Giddy About Green, Pink-A-Boo, Meet Me @ Sunset, and Pugnacious Purple) to add hints of color to the cut file.   I also used some Dazzlers in Tutti Frutti to hold down the sequins I added to bring more color and sparkle to the page. The sequins I used were Pinky Pie Pinks, Lets Be Mermaids, Moonshine Delight and A Mermaid’s Tale

Then I chose a light teal paper from the Fancy Free paper pad I picked up in the shop and trimmed it down to fit and adhered it on a pink mat and them placed the cut file over top

After the cut file was secured (tip, use a fineline bottle for this one!) I matted my photo and used some foam adhesive to pop it up. I added my title to fit around the corner and it fit really nice!
